Return & Exchange Policy

PRODUCTS IN STANDARD SIZES AND COLOURS

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt. We do not accept returns of items that are not in their original condition, have been worn, damaged or washed, with missing attached original tags packaging and other accessories received with the order or that show any signs of use.

Transport costs charged on delivery will not be refunded in case of return.

We will refund your money within 30 days (or return the difference, if the exchanges) through the same method used at the time of payment.

The products can be exchanged within the available stock or their value will be returned by bank transfer.

CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS

Please note that custom made products bought online can not be refunded or exchanged.

According to OUG 130/2000 art. 10 letter c) – “The consumer can not cancel these types of contracts […] c) contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized products […].”

According to OUG 34/2014 art. 16 letter c) – “…are exempted from the right of withdrawal stipulated in Art. 9-15 concerning distance contracts and contracts away from the business premises the following: […] c) the supply of products manufactured according to the specifications submitted by the consumer or clearly personalized […]. ”
